Genvoc Skill Academy offers this one-year professional cookery course aiming to train youths who aspire to become future chefs. Six months of classes are held at the institute, followed by six months of industrial training in a star hotel. Students also have the option of Work and Study with part-time jobs and catering events.
After successful completion, students can start their own Restaurant, Café, Catering firm, or join top hospitality brands.
Learners will be taught core subjects like Food Production, Hygiene & Sanitation, Indian Cuisine, Basic Baking. Students are also awarded an additional Commis Chef Certificate of Skill, approved by the Government of India.
